Does NavixPulse work with Apple Watch?

Every wearable in the NavixPulse device guide shares one property: its manufacturer operates a cloud service the wearer can authorize from any browser. That is what makes the platform's consent-first flow possible — a text message, a consent page, a sign-in to the device brand, done. Apple deliberately built the Watch differently: its health data stays in the Health app on the paired iPhone and is released only to apps installed on that phone, with the wearer's explicit permission, category by category. It is a genuinely privacy-protective design; it just means no website — NavixPulse or anyone else's — can connect an Apple Watch directly.

The path Apple does provide is a native iPhone app, and that is how NavixPulse plans to support the Watch: a small companion app the wearer installs once, granting Health permissions on their own phone — the same consent-first posture as every other connection, feeding the same charts and morning insights. No date is promised; programs that need Apple Watch on day one should plan around the devices in the guide.

In practice, programs buying devices for participants standardize on the guide's options anyway — bands, watches, and rings chosen for battery life and passive overnight capture. Because NavixPulse reads every signal against the wearer's own baseline, a mixed fleet is fine, and adding Apple Watch later will not change how any existing connection works.
