What NavixPulse is
NavixPulse is a community-open platform, stewarded by Navix Health, that brings wearable-device signals (sleep, heart rate, activity, stress, breathing) into behavioral health care. It provides decision support for licensed professionals. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace clinical judgment, and it is not an emergency service.
Your account
Access is by invitation from an organization's administrator (or from Navix Health). You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in; keep your email account secure, since sign-in links arrive there. Tell your administrator immediately if you believe your access has been misused.
Your organization's data
Data recorded through NavixPulse on behalf of an organization belongs to that organization. Navix Health processes it only to operate the service, under the Business Associate Agreement the organization accepts at activation. Navix Health does not sell personal data — ever.
The community-open project
The NavixPulse software and clinical algorithm are open to read, run internally, and contribute to under the Navix Community License. They remain the property of Navix Health, which reserves all commercial rights. Organizations may optionally contribute de-identified statistics under the Data Contribution Agreement; nothing is contributed without that opt-in.
Acceptable use
Use NavixPulse only for legitimate care and wellness operations of your organization, only with the consent flows the platform provides, and never to harass, surveil outside a care relationship, or attempt to re-identify de-identified data. Don't probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the platform's security or isolation.
Ending access
Your organization's administrators can remove your access at any time; organizations can end their use of the platform and receive an export of their data. Navix Health may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service.
The fine print
The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Navix Health's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Navix Health is organized. If a change to these terms is material, you'll be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
