Data Contribution Agreement
Version 2026-08-19.d1 · the community algorithm opt-in
Draft for review. This document is a plain-language draft pending legal counsel review; the version identifier above will change when the reviewed text is finalized.
What this is
NavixPulse's clinical algorithm improves when participating organizations contribute de-identified, aggregated statistics about how its detectors perform. This agreement is that opt-in. It is optional, separate from the Business Associate Agreement, and revocable at any time in Org Settings.
What is contributed
Aggregated, de-identified statistics prepared to the HIPAA de-identification standard (45 CFR §164.514) — for example: detector fire rates, threshold performance measures, and population-level baseline distributions. Contributions are computed across groups, never exported as individual records.
What is never contributed
Names, contact details, dates of birth, device identifiers, free-text notes, raw daily records, or anything that could reasonably identify a person or a specific individual's data. Your organization's workspace data never leaves your workspace.
What you get
Every contributing organization runs the same open algorithm and receives its improvements in the community releases Navix Health publishes. Contribution earns no ownership of the algorithm, which remains Navix Health's under the Navix Community License.
Prohibitions and revocation
No party may attempt to re-identify contributed statistics. Revoking this agreement stops future contributions; statistics already incorporated into published algorithm releases remain in those releases (they contain no personal data to remove).
